Shipping Policy
Our products are shipped from our warehouses in the United States and Hong Kong. The shipping warehouse depends on the stock availability of the model you have purchased. Logistics are automated via Shopify to ensure fast and efficient order processing.
Order Processing
Orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase. During sales periods or periods of high demand, processing time may be slightly extended. Your estimated shipping time will be confirmed at checkout.
Delivery Times
Delivery takes between 5 and 10 business days depending on your location, excluding weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen carrier delays. Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on your location and local postal practices.

Celsior ships to select territories outside the European Union. Orders destined for countries within the European Union will be automatically refused. Please refer to our Terms of Service for the full list of sales restrictions.
Duties & Customs
We cover all customs duties and import fees on your behalf for all destinations we ship to. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. Celsior ships on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis.
Shipping Fees
We are pleased to offer free international shipping on all orders, regardless of your location within our shipping zones. No shipping fee will be added at checkout.
Order Tracking
You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped. If your tracking shows no information after 5 business days, please contact us at orderscelsiorshop@gmail.com.
Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you. Please contact us at orderscelsiorshop@gmail.com and we will resolve the situation promptly.
Incorrect Address
We are not responsible if an address is entered incorrectly during checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at orderscelsiorshop@gmail.com and we will do our best to correct it before shipment.
If the package is returned to us as a result of an address error on the customer's part, we will issue a full refund once the package is received back at our warehouse. We will not be liable for any additional shipping costs incurred due to an incorrect address.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by contacting us at orderscelsiorshop@gmail.com with the subject line "CANCELLATION". Once an order has been processed and handed to the carrier, cancellation is no longer possible.
Delays & Force Majeure
Celsior shall not be held liable for shipping delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, customs delays, or carrier disruptions.
